Help Our VSY Students Participate in Montessori Model United Nations in New York!
We are the 2024-2025 VSY Montessori Model United Nations (MMUN) delegates! This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for many of our 5th Grade students to participate in a global conference with 2500 students from over 30 countries.
The MMUN 2024 Conference will take place in New York City, February 18-22, 2025. The cost of airfare, hotels and conference attendance is estimated at $3,500 per student. This price is out of reach for many of our public-school students and all sponsorship dollars will help to decrease this cost, making it affordable for all our best and brightest students to attend. By participating, students will gain research skills, leadership training, public speaking skills and learn to communicate in a variety of written formats.
