ABOUT KREUL EVENTS

Since 1990, our non-profit 501(c)3 scholastic events have reigned as premier showcases, providing exceptional exposure and opportunity for nearly 30,000 aspiring student-athletes representing teams from 27 states, the Bahamas, and Canada. In 2023, we proudly joined with Broward Education Foundation Athletics and we are excited to continue the Kreul legacy of benefiting our youth and the community we serve.

In addition to elite competition, our competitors enjoy a well-rounded experience through immersive experiences and unforgettable outings in our host community of Coral Springs, Florida, and the Greater Ft. Lauderdale area. White-sand beaches, airboat rides through the Everglades, and Intracoastal cruises are just a few of the adventures that have created lasting memories for our teams.

Education is a core component of our philosophy. Proceeds from Kreul events help fund academic scholarships for Broward County graduates. To date, The Kreul has provided more than 100 four-year academic tuition awards to Florida Atlantic University to assisted students to pursue their dreams through a college education.

Our efforts also benefit our community. We deliver significant exposure for corporate partners who recognize the powerful impact of community involvement, and in 2023, our 5-day event generated an economic impact of more than $2.2 million dollars. Santa’s toy give-away also brightened the holidays for deserving elementary kids.

THE showcase to start the scholastic season! We have always believed in the quality of South Florida basketball, and this competitive boys’ event highlights the talent our local coaches work tirelessly to develop. Featuring perennial Florida powers and the area’s top recruits, the Kreul Showcase provides an exceptional single-location recruiting opportunity. Witness two days, 10 games, 20 teams worth of fierce competition.

The 35th anniversary edition of The Kreul is set to be one of the nation’s must-see events of the scholastic hardwood season. Highlighted by ESPN Top-100 players and nationally-ranked programs, the annual quest for a prestigious Kreul title is among the toughest in the nation.
